it's true what they say that the second one is a little worse, so i HIghLy RecommEnd taking ibuprofen beforehand and using the same to get through the 24-48 hours of mild side effects

arm is feels like i was repeatedly punched in my sleep aksjdjdisja

last time i was tiny sore and lil fatigue for 2 days, and this time it's BIG SORE and im pretty achy all over

i hope everyone can be vaccinated soon!! current recommendations say that the biggest contraindication for vaccination is a history of anaphylaxis or severe allergic reaction (like requiring an epi pen)

my immunocompromised and autoimmune disease folks, based on what data exists right now, should still get it

if you have any worries, call ahead and make sure the facility you're going to is equipped to deal with the (very) rare severe adverse events
