This isn't a Bioware game. This is a... thing with the word "Bioware" on it.

This is also a bad game. Any rumors you heard are probably true, in this case.

Mass Effect 3 got a lot of hate. Some of it was justified. But post-updates, it's still a 9/10 in my book.

Andromeda was very divisive. It had a lot of problems. But I found myself having fun even though I was frustrated a lot. Solid but deeply flawed, 7/10

The thing with ME3 and Andromeda was, they still felt like a Bioware game.

All things said and done, the game was still "you must gather your party before venturing forth."

The charm and character that the studio brought was there. For Anthem, it is gone.

And I don't mean that they lost it.

I mean whoever worked on those older games could not have been there for this. Or something was drastically changed or altered.

So hollow, so empty. "click this, go there, talk to this cardboard cut out."

But I payed 3 bucks to get this game. There are advantages to a giant backlog. And they are supposedly "reworking" the game. It's the main reason i bought this disk. We shall see.
