Bloodborne is exhausting

Gabiluzbad
In a good way

Gabiluzbad
like 99% of the problems I'm having are just

Gabiluzbad
I've played too much Ghost of Tsushima

Gabiluzbad
Where fights happen at very close quarters and positioning is super important

Gabiluzbad
As opposed to this where everyone's arms reach into the next time zone

Gabiluzbad
It's not about positioning and dodging it's ALL about timing

Gabiluzbad
I mean I guess dodging is still important but the dodges feel very different

Gabiluzbad
Anyway initial progress report:

shinotenshi22
It can be. For me it's exhausting with the dying, and dying, and dying some more.

Gabiluzbad
I'm still in the newbie grinder

shinotenshi22
but oh how I love the game!

Gabiluzbad
I've died many times

Gabiluzbad
Next stream will be on Wednesday

shinotenshi22
DARK SOULS SONG - YOU DIED!
not bloodborne, but very fitting at least for me playing the game.

Gabiluzbad
Like I got to the first lamp but that's 10 feet past the starting point

Gabiluzbad
Then the second lamp is 10 miles past that

shinotenshi22
Some of bloodborne is about learning when NOT to fight >>

shinotenshi22
but when to just RUN!

shinotenshi22
and get to the next area, and how to open up shortcuts

Gabiluzbad
Problem is I have no indication of how far that shortcut IS

shinotenshi22
nod

shinotenshi22
I can try and point it out, I'll join you on Weds stream?

shinotenshi22
(I'm not set up for multiplayer yet. to my shame)

shinotenshi22
(and honestly? I'm not much further than you. I've just done a lot of Let's Play watches and lore research and so on. I love the game and verse, but my least fav. part is actually PLAYing b/c I suck at it.)

Gabiluzbad
absolutely not I am here to get the ENTIRE bloodborne experience

Gabiluzbad
frustration and all

Gabiluzbad
(But you can hang out and chat if you want)

shinotenshi22
(I will happily come do so. And that's why I wanted to share.)
