AS A NOTE: In the future we plan to post events and TDMs approximately around 8pm EST from now on. But we wanted to get our first TDM up while it was still a weekend day for most people.
I think there's a way to sign up for alerts on Google calendars so people can get reminders if they want. That's one of the reasons why I went with that calendar set-up.
Good morning, everyone! You all are such busy bees. It's so nice to see. This is just a small update that we are working through answering some of the new questions on the FAQ/TDM as fast as we can! We know that some are a bit more time-sensitive or might affect how people approach the TDM.
However, we are also very sleepy and so it might be a few hours before we can properly discuss how to answer a few that are left so don't feel like we're ignoring you! The ones remaining just require a bit more thought than our tired minds are capable of. We'll be up and back at it ASAP so hold tight.

I'm thinking of repurposing my Prisma overflow post because a. I hate clutter, b. it's a CRAU anyway and c. it didn't have that much use so I don't feel like making a whole new post for another game

I could have gone with any, but I ultimately went with Sapphire because I didn't want to repeat Konoka's history in Prisma... but going MerTaur was appealing
Holy crap, can't wait to reserve! And yeah, I thought Ruby and Sapphire would be top contenders. Now I know what gem to pick for my potential secondary character, just so I can even things out a bit.
Started with Ruby for Akihiko because I... Misremembered monster assignments. (Look I've been reading a bunch of Werewolf: Apocalypse so associating werewolves with BRIGHT SATURATED RED got mismatched in my brain.) Considering switching it up now, but I'm also still happily tagging away in the TDM.
And I was playing with Mitsuru as Sapphire but at this point I just sorta want to sit back and wait to see how other people's choices shake out. and wait to see if the TDM overflow ALSO hits a limit
Yeah, and I've been having a lot of fun revisiting it! It just left me with a slightly inaccurate associations for this game. "Werewolves = red!" Which. Nope. Nope, that is silly and incorrect.
Yeah, it's interesting to have the monsters be switched up in places that you normally wouldn't associate them with. Like dragons being associated with amethyst
i've got two on the tdm and i see i took the two most popular options rip but i wanted to go trait-matchy so momo being protective is such a massive cornerstone of his character that i couldn't not do amethyst for him and kanade is definitely the reckless/hotheaded/passionate type so ruby was the best fit for her
it was a toss up between amethyst and emerald for me. but I liked the amethyst forms more for my boy and the traits fit best for the growth I have in mind for him. plus sneaky boy who can turn into mist would be fun
