After that I can manually disable it but it stops me from doomscrolling since I then have to very deliberately go in and remove the block

i use freedom which i really like and it is not freedom's fault that i just go in and turn it off all the time

i just haven't out of paranoia because the one time i did that was the time that my boss decided he was going to start using whatsapp to contact me from germany and i'd blocked whatsapp,

oh huh can't you just make a custom filter that lets you on at set times? or is it that you want to be able to check whenever but only for a certain cumulative amount of time?

I want to be able to check twitter when I wanna, but once I've hit like. 10-15 minutes of twitter per day I do not want to let myself on tiwtter anymore.
