So, once in a while my brain will spit out a snippet of tune or a couple of words of lyric that I remember from a specific time in my childhood

(they wouldn't, not really, but they could, I loved them that much)

those, along with JCS and the (I believe) London cast recording of Sweeney Todd were the reason I knew how to use the record player
