Is non-mobile Tumblr being weird for anybody else?

It will BRIEFLY appear as the (previous?) standard layout on my laptop (albeit with the layout as a whole shifted to the left a bit, so half of each blog's icon is cut off), then suddenly snap to what I assume is the mobile layout.

I also no longer have access to Xkit settings, and when I made a post it didn't seem to remember/suggest previously used tags.
