I remember the arguments around the Civil Rights Act of 1875 so it immediately made me think this person was arguing they were an Inn / Hotel / whatever other name you want to give it

(I think the current one held because we basically made a better argument for why the government has the right to enforce it, but I think the first one was based on the commerce clause for some reason)
