5. How do they dress? What styles, colors, accessories, and other possessions do they favor? Why?
Renfield: Though given clothes from Norton, he vastly prefers his own era as they're familiar. Waistcoat, jacket, pocketwatch, popped collar.
(Spock) Dresses as befitting his station because that's what he years 95% of the films dangit

I've toyed with him skipping out on the blue shirt for more 'casual' things, but then he's just a man in all black and that looks weird.
(Steve) Some might notice, but he's actually using less and less hair product these days nights, preferring to go mostly au natural.

No accessories, but he does dress in a mix of modern suits, sweaters (that will never die, screw you, warden!) and a gaudy gold cross necklace around his neck.

7. How do they physically engage with other people, inanimate objects, and their environment? What causes the differences between these?

Spock: will avoid using his hands unless necessary; except in the greenhouse. No gloves, sleeves rolled up to elbows, getting all in that messy dirt.

Renfield: If satiated n sane, he'll act the proper Victorian era gentleman, and all the terrible attitudes therein. When he's feelin' peckish, his form takes on a more predatory stance, leaning in too closely, and he'd crawl on his hands 'n knees to lap up blood off a dirty floor, and not think twice about it.

12. How are they bodily expressive? How do they use nonverbal cues such as their posture, stance, eyes, eyebrows, mouths, and hands?
Spock: OKAY SO. It's difficult to often express in narration, especially for one-liners, but he does micro-express like a mofo. It's all in the curve of his lips, the slant of his head, even the narrowing of his eyes.

(kudos to Quinto on this, doing so much all in that evenly tempered tone) His frustration's a sharp breath or two from his nostrils; curiosity a tilt of his head like a cat, anger pressing his lips together.

Things he'll mostly keep from his voice (or try to) but for all his Vulcan training? He's still half human. So far, he's really only cut through that training with Kirk, dropping his guard around him (and REGRETTING IT, THANKS) and Joker has yet to push him to that point (......"yet")

Oh! Misty too, has seen this! When they neutered rats en masse, Spock's breaths became more even, in a determined way, and he might've whispered some Vulcan words of encouragement/meditation. But his hands were steady with the scalpel, never wavering.

15. What kind of inner life do they have — rich and imaginative? Calculating and practical? Full of doubts and fears? Does it find any sort of outlet in their lives?
Spock: Expresses himself through his lyre, an outpouring of all his emotions he can't (or rather won't) talk about. Otherwise, he is practical in All Things

as Vulcan meditation is some serious business y'all. lots of 'separate emotions from thoughts, emotions don't rule you' etc etc

19. How do they behave within a group?
Spock: will fall in line if there's an obvious leader/Captain, but will protest if he strongly objects to a directive. if no one leads, he'll take on the dominant role (which is sooo a new thing for me lols)

Steve: Definite follower, tends to go with the flow, rather lazy tbqh

29. What kind of activities, interests, and hobbies do they have?
Spock: gardening, lyre, reading... Lots of meditative activities, things to keep his mind calm and at ease. Physically, he runs the length of the deck twice in the morning, sometimes goes to the gym to spar.

Steve: Lots and lots of reading. Attempting to get some sports stuff going with Laszlo, but as they're both lazy gits, that might be slow going.

Renfield: fucking Norton None so far yet, but in an effort to branch him out from Steve, and generate different CR, I'm seeking different avenues then handwaved reading. Maybe something artistic, possibly musical.

3. How do they position themselves in a group?
Definitely hangs back like a Good Boi. At least when he's sober/sane. If not then it's very... jumping on tables, trying to instigate shit.

11. How are they vocally expressive? What kind of voice, accent, tones, inflections, volume, phrases and slang, and manner of speaking do they use?
Posh Victorian, at least at the best of times. When feeling more of the blood take over, he repeats phrases ('Right as rain, yes I will, right as rain will I be' ... 'They made my head hurt. My head hurt.')

I don't think he uses any of the cliche type of slang - blimey, etc. - but he can take on a patronizing tone when speaking to, uhm. Whom he might consider "lesser" than he is. ('My, my. You really are not civilized at all, are you?' to Lawrence)

16. Do they dream? What are those dreams like?
Nightmares about Seward, and the hypnosis session. I read a good headcanon that Seward, like her ancestor/Vanessa's friend, still is a witch. It's how she was able to see inside Renfield's memories (even if that was just the show being "creative" with visuals it's still great imo)

Or nightmares about Dracula, and the feast of frogs, the time he drank blood from a corpse's foot... Look he's got A Lot going on upstairs and it's all a very dark place in there.

37. Have they had any special education or training that colors their means of learning about or understanding the world?
