So, we're taking a cat to get euthanized on Saturday because she's going blind and starting to leak urine everywhere.

And we're telling someone who hoped to come over this weekend this.

Their response to "We're taking one of the cats to the vet to get euthanized" was "Wow, I'm sorry. I hope she'll be okay."

and I just can't quit laughing at that bit.

once it was labeled "patient died" with a frowny face written on the label
