This I find myself googling for RP purposes - how do you describe a tomato because fruit? vegetable? sweet? tangy? juicy? meaty?

'meaty' definitely sounds on point, I know I've heard/read that used when describing tomatoes before.

sweet/tangy might depend on what variety? idk I'm not big on tomatoes unless it's like, pasta sauce, pizza sauce, etc lol

𝑜 𝑚𝑎𝑗𝑒𝑠𝑡𝑦 𝑚𝑖𝑛𝑒 : heheh and see I’m the opposite, I can’t do sauces for tomatoes because I’m mildly allergic so I can eat fresh in moderation but sauce gives me massively bad heartburn because too tomoato concentrated.

Tomatoes are tany and sour for me.
