These clusters can be real annoying when they get a chance to get going

I basically was a day too late with my meds: I had what I think was a day of silent migraine, where you don't get the pain but you feel other bluuurgh effects. Combine that with the kind of... mental fidgeting I'm working on calming down, and I keep feeding tension back into the areas that the migraine can take off from.
