(CW: COVID-19) Well, weird news from Quezon City: someone who was tested positive for the virus attended a birthday party and the whole community of 81 people are on lockdown for 2 weeks because of this. We can’t host full-on parties and events while the cases are increasing.

I am not really upset: just shocked. But then again, the new AFP Chief wasn’t following them either with his birthday party, so IDK.
