PSA: If you are going to call & threaten & complain to a hospital or another business that is open 24/7, your best bet would be to call after 8:00 a.m. when supervisory staff is on duty, or the complaint line is manned. Don't take it out on the poor asshole stuck working 3rd shift because they don't want to hear it and they can't help you anyways.
ALSO! If there are calls lining up while you carry on and complain, and the Call Center person tells you this while they try to help resolve your problem as fast and as much as they can; even though you say that yours is the most important call? Yours is in fact, NOT the most important call.
And in other news I go in for my cataract surgery in 4 hours, and they told me I couldn't eat or drink anything after midnight which means no lunch. So don't try me you obnoxious, annoying, swearing, lawyer- threatening, bitch.
Also, these are the moments when I bet she really wishes she could just say "You do know my husband is literally named Bear, right? Take a moment to consider what a man named Bear must look like. I'll give it to you. Really picture it. Now what's your address again so I can better serve you what you deserve?"
