[Overlord] Watching this series for the first time and I'm on episode four. So far... I really, really like it. (Possible spoilers within)

We have a good experienced isekai protagonist who actually takes getting thrust into a position of power really well. As in, he's a responsible human being who treats all of his servants as people with wants and needs the instant he gets it into his head that "holy shit this is real"
Rizu
he self-analyzes a lot about his own thoughts and motivations, which is something I actually relate to a lot since this is something I tend to do as well
Rizu
and he's making choices that make him seem like an extremely powerful man to the people, and he makes choices so that the people don't have an issue with him (IE asking for payment for protecting them not necessarily because he needs it but to avoid making them suspicious of "well then why are you helping us??")
Rizu
but he avoids doing acts of god (IE resurrecting the dead) for that same reason, and while it sucks that these people lose a lot of their loved ones as a result I actually respect that choice?
Rizu
He didn't really panic about getting stuck, just rolled with it and being like "okay this is my life now I'm gonna make the best of it"
Rizu
which... may not seem super realistic, he did say that he didn't have much of a life waiting for him in "the real world" but still
Rizu
he wasn't attached to his old life, at least not enough that it would be a huge upset more than "omg what" to suddenly be in a different one
Rizu
this series also gets pretty bloody and has a lot of occult imagery due to this dude's character being undead and having a lot of undead spells and I'm really, really digging it
Rizu
(Also Albedo has absolutely no right to be as entertaining as she is but I love her)
