I really really enjoy the kugane aesthetic

also it hit me how much my healing style has changed since I was first doing healing class dungeons?

back then I'd usually pick a spot and try to heal from it until I was forced to move

now since I use a lot of the 'me and party members around me' type heals, I wander around the area a lot

it means I don't have to only start moving if there is an AoE, I'm already ready to move.

(Also the 'me and party members around me' means I don't have to choose whether to heal myself or someone else. I just go vaguely close to the other person and cast the heal for us both.)

obviously keeping an eye on the tank in particular but this means I can get in a few hits on some of the enemies and still do healing as I tend to alternate.

I tend to circle around the perimeter of the fight

I mean if the dpses are close to the tank, I won't go far, maybe shift around them a bit, but yeah

me, during the invulnerability beginning of ultima part 1 in praetorium: /runs laps

okay, less so with healer, since people still get ouchies there, but mostly.

... on the note of prae:
- fuck I keep forgetting how squishy I am
- phase 2 of ultima is actually easier to dps with healing than properly focusing on the tanks and healing
