Is having a freedom pass the way out of this pandemic ? Weekly/regular tests - form a certificate or app so everyone can enter places & go back to normal

I would say no. Because of asymptotic spreaders and it takes too long to get results back from the reliable covid test. The rapid test is shit. The fastest most reliable test is a covid sniffing dog. They can be stationed to sniff people before entering a public place.

^^ I can believe in a Covid 19 sniffing dog. Dogs have sniffed out cancer and other health dangers, troubles.
