So, I know it's a little early, but I'm calling it - this hiatus from plurk has been good for me.

and when I come back, for the brief moments that I do, I mostly just see stuff tearing down/picking at things I like, or just a whole lot of talking about things I'm not interested in and it's really hard to tune that out here.

I'm not leaving forever, just extending my hiatus through the new year

But yeah, I may or may not go back to tumblr where it's incredibly easy to block out things I don't want to see without anyone going off the rails because I've unfriended/unfollowed them
