You ain't Mark Hamill, but Matt Mercer passes esp with the cackles. SHOUT OUT TO SEGA FOR GETTING THE OG ENG KIRYU TO COME BACK WITH BETTER VOICE DIRECTION. it's low key heartwarming.
then again, I think both the voice actor and the localization folk KNEW they had to knock it out the park, THIS IS THE Yakuza karaoke song.
