Dinner tonight is hot dog and salad

There is (was?) a place here that deep fried their buns in butter while they got the rest of the dog ready. The cross section of their bun was square.

I just checked, and I can't remember the name but they seem to be long gone. Good hot dogs.

And a pretty good bar.
