why the Treasurer doesn't do the accounting work/

the treasurer is doing some of it (and the past treasurer is doing another bunch of it) but this cash-less, paperless, no-contact, lock-down year is utterly horrible for our processes. So a few of us are having to do lots more work to make anything happen at all for everyone else.
