slept 12 hours by choice and now I am continuing to lie here uselessly instead of doing shit I absolutely need to do

no, I'm fine, just a mental disaster

at least try to take care of yourself physically that's a good way to give yourself a cold

I did get up and put stuff on the stove for chicken stock, so that's at least something

make sure you get plenty of water too

I tend to fall into the depression pit, catch a cold, and then spend the next 2 weeks miserable
