CA accepts ballots post marked by the third up until the 17th but that doesn't matter for much except local stuff because ca is always blue for primaries

It's kind of funny with California sometimes, because it ends up being like... days or weeks after the election, there are still numbers coming out but on the national level, it's always blue.
