ngl this time of year is always rough due to a traumatic loss of one of my mentors and the subsequent mental shut down I had due to ptsd of my abusive ex the year before too, so dealing with those memories + grief about my dad + the general state of the world is. Something.

One step at a time. I just have to be kind to myself.

(and yeah I know that whole list is pretty ridiculous but I swear it did all happen.)
