batman
the pudding almost ends up kind of custardy
batman
it reminds me a little of the diplomat cream i made? except a little looser and... didn't take nearly half as long
batman
the benefit of letting the nilla wafers sit in the pudding is so they get softer and almost cake like
cat lady
i made banana pudding similar to this the other night, but it was cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk with the instant pudding.
batman
i imagine yours is thicker and tangier?
batman
this is i think very light
cat lady
yeah, it's p thick!! it's getting eaten very slowly because it's kind of... too rich rofl
cat lady
i put a buttload of vanilla wafers in it
cat lady
so that adds to it, too, tbh
batman
oh yeah, this recipe calls for an entire box lmao
cat lady
nice.....
cat lady
i'm going to have to try this next time
