the manga is kind of a mess right now lmao. it's been getting into more backstory and has been very slow this past year, i think because yana has been working on other projects

I can understand why you feel that way though. kuroshitsuji deserved a better anime adaption but by now i feel it’s too well known to completely reboot with an entirely different production team. at least the book of series are getting back to the manga
