My weekend so far: Made great barbecue sauce from scratch, baked some tasty dark chocolate pumpkin muffins, burned my finger on the muffin tin for them, had to guide my partner through cooking the rest of dinner.

On the up side? The bbq potatoes and chicken turned out SO FREAKING GOOD.

I kinda want a bigger, more hardcore food processor now, too... the Ninja did a decent job of chopping up the ingredients for the sauce but its capacity is kinda limited.

And I know the bigger ones can chop the veggies down even more.

Which will be helpful if I ever go the rest of the way and try to make my own tomato sauce.
