well this is why i feel weird as shit i think What are possible side effects of Escitalopram? Headache, nausea, diarrhea, dry mouth, increased sweating, feeling nervous, restless, fatigued, sleepy or having trouble sleeping (insomnia). These will often improve over the first week or two as you continue to take the medication.

I didn’t personally have much of any side effect issues except dry mouth myself. But you’re also on other meds for other reasons which could play with those things as well, just keep a record of some kind of when the side effects started and how long it continues to keep going so you have something solid to point to for your doctor to know what’s up

It always takes time to get adjusted to any new anti-depressant/anti-anxiety. Lexapro is probably one of the best i've ever been on. I was on it for a long time until I needed something a little stronger. Just give your body a chance and if after like a few weeks- a month it doesn't get better then you'll know to switch. like I can't take wellbutrin.

strangely.

but most of them just take getting used to.
