I used to get this so bad when my kids were little. Like I still don't know what it was. Sleeping too deeply? But I'd wake up with one shoulder MURDERING ME and like this deep ache that made me want to puke.

I do this every once and while and it's terrible. I will say weirdly and elbow brace can help. Or at least, it helps me keep my arm in a position that doesn't make it worse.
