the first Zoom test was going OK but it proved to be impossible to join more than 1 meeting simultaneously and also impossible for the host to run more than 1 meeting too.

unfortunately the person in charge then forgot they were meant to be actively starting the other one and hasn't read their email either. So the popup is just whirling away unattended - presumably also for the person who was meant to be doing the videoing this time.

it takes quite some getting used to. I’d hate to,try to participate in, let alone run, more than one meeting at a time.

people who try to co-ordinate multiple phone line calls can mess up too.
