I'm also starting to fill out my supporting cast as I develop the plot, and it's gonna be interesting and weird.

I'm toying with the idea of having a clockwork character, since clockwork automations existed in the 1700s and early 1800s and magic lets me cheat.

I want to play with the typical fantasy story "party" ideas too, and have some of the cast play against type, but I'm not sure how that's going to work yet.
