Asshole ex is finally being sued for back child support

to the tune of nearly 50k + court costs

sis was just served the paperwork. we are NOT in trouble. I believe that it is just the normal serving of papers to both sides

but she is going to try and contact some sort of legal aid so she can properly respond

gunna make an extra copy of the papers just in case

yeah both sides have to be served the paperwork

now if we could only find the asshole
