Food. About a cup and a half of cut zucchini plus lemon pepper seasoning (lemon zest, salt, pepper, essentially), and 3 eggs makes for a decent late-night snack. A little bland. Not too interesting. But it's kinda filling.

It's very mild! I definitely used too much zucchini for a proper omelette!

We have a huge zucchini in the fridge. I'm going to cut it up and stick it on the bbq tonight with some garlic infused olive oil and grated parmesan
