My sleeping schedule is all messed up. BLARGH.

I woke up incredibly early thanks to the combo of UTI stuff and a bloody nose, wasn't able to nap at all this afternoon due to stuff, and by the time I finally got to do so I slept for like five hours.

Sigh. No fun zone.

Might as well get on some tags then.

idfk man. During my period last week I had the lovely combo of migraine and vertigo, just when that ended is when the UTI started, I'm just about ready to trade in this old model for a new one.

Don’t turn into me, that would literally be the worst. I don’t wish migraines, vertigo, and bladder issues on anyone.

Since it’s not normal for you it should clear up soon, but it still sucks while it’s happening.

It did just occur to me that migraine and vertigo, esp during periods, can be related to mild dehydration, so if you didn’t slam fluids this time and it happens again, you can try slamming fluids and see if it helps.

Will definitely keep that in mind. I normally don't drink much, but I'm usually fine thanks to a predisposition for not needing a lot. So it might just be that.
