I actually like them as like trauma bonding bad ideas; I've never been able to do OT3 bc I feel like Rey isn't into Finn that way and the boys are a better couple together so I won't make her a third wheel. Alas.
yeah, it's weird what ends up happening! I started off wanting Finn/Rey more than Poe/Rey but when I've played around with it she's just... not... into him like that. He's like her brother. She can't.
I've written her with background OT3 where Finn was her college bf and then he met Poe and they're kind of a polycule but she still feels like the boys are OTP and she just keeps them from setting the house on fire.
