Goosebumps: Okay, Jack would read at least one because why not? Also The Doctor might be (correct me if I'm wrong,
timeywimey
) grumbling at the "aliens are bad" streak in them.
Wesker on the other hand, would probably either snerk at them and move on, or eye them with a hint of curiosity and amusement, especially any title involving zombies.
(Side note: I live near an old cemetery and during the height of Pokemon Go popularity, you'd see kids hanging around it trying to catch ghost Pokemon)
Another thing Jack would dig: I think he might try and lure a few into Torchwood Tech to add some atmosphere (along with the Halloween-themed light-up stuff he's put in the shop window)
The chandelier Pokemon amuses me far more than it should. One is turning up in the house out in Flatwoods where Wesker either awakened or is moving into (nailing down those details).
Why the Flatwoods? It's quiet, the Authority doesn't come out there much, and thus it's perfect if you want to rig up a weird lab in the basement for your devious side projects...
The one bit where Jack tells Toshiko to send a message to an alien cruise ship hovering over Cardiff: "Tell them we need them to move on, they're scaring the locals."
