M'kay, let's talk Betrayal.

This was my first time ever playing Betrayal. I did one run essentially on my own and hung out with teammates for the others. I had a ton of fun playing with the other HSSes and really appreciated them helping me figure stuff out and letting me follow them around and get involved in their stuff.

So, overall, I had a great bunch of fun.

First run was mostly me feeling out the mechanics. Northstar only ran into people at the very end and they were all nice.

Second and third run she hung out with Hiryuu. In the latter of the two, they wound up in a room with Challah who at that point was full of ghosts and they tried to leave and boy that made things go south in a hurry.

It's gonna be overshadowed a bit by what happened in her fourth run but Northstar's gonna be really upset by the fact that she was ready to attack Challah before Ao interfered and then everything that happened after that just made it so much worse.

And then Ao tried to kill her too. That also sucked.

The fourth run turned into a complete clusterfuck when Sabre and Sashay got VERY CROSS with one another. It culminated with Northstar helping to take down Sashay and Sashay wanting to show her a knife, pointy-side facing out!

Northstar's had like. A very. Interesting first week, coming in on the hostage game, then impocalypse and then Ideal World...a massive trauma blowout like this kinda feels like the perfect capstone to it.

She was dealing with everything else about as well as you can expect someone to, mostly because HSS has done a pretty great job welcoming her in and supporting her. But this one hit her hard and fast in those last two sessions.

It's hit her just how awful this place can be in a way she hadn't truly gotten her head around and in particular, it's hit her that a lot of people in Imeeji are barely even young adults!!! And she's really really upset by that!
