Ren's most recurring dream is being dragged back home kicking and screaming. But sometimes it's about orgies instead. XD
Glenn does not have much of a goal for himself. He's primarily motivated by doing what he needs to to survive, and sometimes enjoy himself.

Eli might vote off certain superiors who are full of themselves and display their incompetence.

But otherwise, I'm still learning the canon so I don't have a super definitive answer.

I'm sure Eli would indeed want to get rid of those jerks
