[mead/bf] bf is going to make me a wildberry mead

we have a sweet wine/mead yeast from white labs and I bought another one because I didn't realize we had it and wanted to try making one that would hopefully just be pure sweetness without too much alcohol bite

but next year I want to be dumb and get some cherry blossom honey and see what deliciousness can be made
