I copper plated a feather I found in the parking lot because why not

it's nowhere near perfect and it's the first one I've ever done and it wasn't in the bath nearly long enough but I didn't want to stay up and wait to pull it when I knew there were going to be glaring imperfections

I've got a leaf in there now I'm gonna let go overnight and I'll pull it before I leave for work in the morning

Yessss

chaos was not mine, luckily. I got out of the shower and had a text from our upstairs neighbor that we're friends with. Someone stole one of their mopeds and fucked up the other one so his husband had no way to get to work.

he was like heyyy I saw your lights were on. are you awake? can I ask a huge favor??

so I hurried up and got dressed and ran him to work before I headed where I was going. luckily it wasn't super far out of my way.
