Because we usually have a rule of no eggs in the house due to allergies in the family (which I am, knock on wood, thankfully not afflicted by) I had forgotten how much I was fascinated by baking.

Like I can make a sweet and not have surprise cream cheese icing instead of vanilla! (not knocking those who like it. My body just hates chocolate/cheese as a mix, and I am not fond of it paired with chocolate anyway)

I'm not sure I've ever had chocolate and cream cheese combined.

brownies are so good!! the other day I baked brownies with kitkats through the centre. very good

omg brownies with kitkats in them sounds mind-blowingly good

the kit kats kinda semi melt into the batter so the batter cooks through but doesn't set so the top layer became super fudgy
