would do when they came out to a situation, because it all depends on the situation when they got out there.

Yeah, he was a right douchebag. Someimes, an argumentative person misuses the service in such a fundamentally idiotic way that by the time I think "I need to use the abuse protocol on this asshole" to get him off the line, he's already hanging up.
