literally had to explain to roommates that when the freezer door doesn't stay closed, you have to rearrange stuff until it does. I knew this when I was a kid, and they're both over 20! and it's the freezer that only they use and I know they noticed yesterday but assumed they'd fix it. now all their food is unfrozen.
