Has anyone else been getting issues with private plurk notifications?

It's been going on for a WHILE now, despite various tweaks in my settings across both desktop and mobile. I'm just not getting emails of private plurks 9 times outta 10

It's not even a "are you following their timeline" issue because I tested that, and it still didn't happen
