does anyone know a way to block yourself from downloading certain apps?

I'm on android and I'm trying to quit a few of them cold turkey style, but the only thing I can find is like. blocking kids, and you just have to enter a pin or whatever, and that. won't really do it lmao

alternately, see if you can require a password to download apps and then change it to something absolutely ridiculous that you can't remember offhand. basically just make it really spectacularly inconvenient to download shit for yourself.
