Migraine day. Ugh shit fucks me up for a week solid after an attack. Between the aches and pains, inability to sleep or rest and top it off with rib crushing throwing up. Im exhausted and done. There is no god. We are not built in an ‘image’. What cruel sadistic god would make flawed creations to watch them suffer endlessly?

I am sorry that you go through this. I do understand how horrible real migraines are, and how they beat your brain up so badly for days afterwards. Also yeah I'm an atheist and hemiplegic migraine sufferer.

Have you tried cannabis? The only thing that ever used to work for me was Fiorinal C 1/2, codiene has always been my friend. Can't get that anymore (oh noes, addicts everyhwere, lets torture people who need things instead) and have to fall back on T3. A good strong indica may make a difference for you if you could try it.

Yeah I got mine from my dad. >_< generally im good after i puke. Just wrecked and tired low key light sensitivity and neck cramps. But yeah bongs not far on days like this for sure. Outside opiates and even then not much can cut the agony. You just hold on and wait for it to be over. >_<

Had a cool bath then ran the shower head warm on thw back of my neck for a while. Just simple self care. Plus its good to get clean after a good sweat and spew heh
