It's not as fancy as SoundSource but it lets you control individual app volume and change the output for each.

It would be pretty awesome if Rogue Amoeba did Windows versions, though.

It already helps a lot. But I have also that "virtual cable" thing to be able to route around a single input to a different single output.

But I'd really like a panel where I have all the inputs on the left, all outputs on thee right and be able to plug in filters and stuff and define what goes where. That would be so awesome.

Unfortunately I've never found anything better. Macs win when it comes to audio processing.
