12 and 13 for Hendrik and Seteth

☆ Peachy : 12. Hendrik believes in an afterlife and reincarnation, because TBQH we get pretty solid proof of it in game. When you die, you return to Yggdrasil and your spirit lives on in her holy radiance and all that good stuff. Instead of Fluffy Cloud Heaven, the afterlife he envisions is probably closer to a Serene Forest Heaven/Garden of Eden

type affair, because treemom. But apparently your consciousness and soul are able to be separated, because Drustan? So while you as a person get to linger in that afterlife, your soul pops back up as a new bud on Yggdrasil and goes on to its next life. vv

And Seteth..... honestly doesn't know about the afterlife, and that probably scares the hell out of him TBH. But he wants to believe in it really badly, because his family and friends deserve peace and happiness after all the garbage they've endured. I'm not sure he'd know what to envision it as? He might default to a beautiful, peaceful, idealized

version of the real world, without any better evidence.

12. Seteth tends to try and go fast on the little things, and is much more patient on the bigger ones. Mr. Secretary is all about efficiency when it's just about Getting Shit Done, but when you're basically immortal? You can afford to take your time on big, important life stuff. Hendrik is probably just more impatient overall; he's a busy, important guy with

lots of duties and obligations to fulfill as a general.
