trying to change my online credit card account number because I evidently just stored a bunch of one symbol on last past, I was transferred FOUR TIMES. And I thought I had it but I didn't stay on the line and it's still not working.

when I worked in customer service for a credit union, the goal was to transfer the customer as few times as possible.
