a small thing I'm proud of: fingernails.

for a long time, I didn't draw any fingernails because they just, always looked weird to me

like no matter what I did, adding a fingernail just made the whole finger look like a fricking mutant appendage to me

but at some point, either my eye or my skill improved to the point where I find fingernails easy to draw, and the fingers don't look right until I add them

and I'm just very pleased about that.
